A Garden Update
This is our harvest just from today. We have tons more of each of these just growing bigger and bigger.
Levi will eat anything. Here is enjoying the zucchini from the above picture. I give him slices and he gnaws the middles out.
Finally this is just one of our tomato plants. It is hard to see in the picture, but there are basically an uncountable number of tomatoes out there waiting to turn red. When they do I think we are going to try to make and can some spaghetti sauce.
It is so fun to go out in the garden and check on everything everyday. We should have corn in a week or so, we have four pumpkins that I can count, four watermelons, and a little cantaloupe starting to grow!

One Large and Incredibly Over-Due Post
I apologize for being so behind in blogging. But things have been a little crazy around here. I spend a lot of time feeding people and not much time doing anything else.
This picture was taken, so long ago I can't even remember when it was. Gem and my little cousin April went with Tyler to watch them place the Angel Moroni on the Brigham City Temple. Unfortunately it was too windy, so they didn't put the angel on while they were there, but they did get to go down and see the temple and play with their umbrellas in the rain.
Above we have a FHE activity. We made a "stained glass" window in the basement. It turned out pretty cool, I think Gem enjoyed it.
In other big news Levi is one year old now. On his actual birthday we gave him a brownie he seemed to enjoy it. I remember that this was a week ago, because he got his shots on his birthday and now he has his one-week-later-fever.
I like the above picture because his closed eyes make it look like he is especially savoring that bite.
A few days later Levi got to celebrate his birthday again with Grandma and Grandpa Ross. I made some rainbow cupcakes with rainbow frosting and made the letters out of white chocolate. They turned out pretty yummy if I do say so myself. Levi seemed to enjoy it also.

Various Videos
First we have Levi playing the kazoo. As far as I know he has never seen anyone play the kazoo. He just picked it up and figured it out. I guess he is a natural.
Second we have crazy hair Levi. I feel like I should do his hair at some point, but it it seems so silly because he always takes a nap before we go anywhere during the day.
Finally we have Gem helping to shell the peas. Unfortunately she has decided that she doesn't like them, (I think because they taste different from the peas from the grocery store). Luckily Levi will eat them by the bowl full.

The Dentist
We took Gem to the dentist for the first time on Friday. A big thanks to my little brother for babysitting, because that meant Gem, Tyler, and I could all go get our teeth clean at the same time. Anyway Gem did great, she sat in the chair and let the hygienist polish her teeth, and then she let the dentist check them out. She is turning into quite the big kid.

Summer Fun
A couple weeks ago we took the kids to a "splash pad" at a Riverdale park. It was pretty fun and I am sure we will go there again.

First Fruits
We collected the first harvest from our garden; two large heads of broccoli.
We love having our garden. Tyler and I check on it everyday, in fact I think it has more parental supervision then some of our children. Here I am standing by my favorite part of the garden, six rows of corn. I can't wait until we are eating corn on the cob!
In this picture we have carrots, cucumbers, zucchinis, broccoli, and potatoes in the front. And in the back are six pumpkin plants (you can't really see them so don't try too hard), and you can see two rows of corn.
Here is Tyler, on his right is the row of potatoes, and to his left is a row of green beans, and two rows of peas. (We decided Tyler looks like a hobbit in this picture, because there is no frame of reference and the plants are huge.)
Finally we have the other side of the house. Which goes like this, cantaloupe, plumcot tree, cantaloupe, apple tree, honeydew, apple tree, watermelon, cherry tree, watermelon.

Two Weeks Already? Where does the time Go?
Our littlest baby is two weeks old today! She is still not very photogenic. This was the best picture I could get.
She attended church for the first time on Sunday. It was not as bad as I was anticipating. Only 7 months until Levi gets to go to nursery. What is that? Approximately 28 Sundays, I think we will be able to make it, as long as June stays small enough to stay in the car seat.
Below we have her first tummy time. Not very exciting but I posted it anyway.
