We knew that Friday was going to be rainy, but we wanted to go to Disneyland anyway. So we bundled up and headed down in the rain. We did some inside things that we don't usually do. We watched the Aladdin show at California Adventure, it is a little less than an hour. Which was about twenty minutes too long for Gem. Oh well. We also waited in line to see the princesses, which is typically a 2 and a half hour wait so we have never done it before, but because it was rainy, the wait was only 20 minutes. So Gem got to meet Tiana, Cinderella, and Ariel. She was so mesmerized she wouldn't say anything and she wouldn't look away from the princess. So the only picture we got with Gem looking at the camera was with Ariel. Other than that we have pictures of the princess looking at the camera and Gem looking at the princess. Maybe next time her shock and awe won't be so bad.
We are glad to see that your daughter has a poncho on, but we are wondering why our daughter doesn't have a poncho on. Maybe no one taught her to wear a poncho in the rain.
