Black Island Farms

Last week we took the kids to the biggest corn maze in Utah, at Black Island Farms.   We didn't actually go through the big corn maze, the employees told us that it takes an hour to just walk through with the map.  Well we didn't think the kids had that kind of stamina; luckily there was tons of other fun stuff to do.

There were huge hay bale mountains for the kids to play on, even equipped with very large slides.  We came at the perfect time, right when they opened on a Thursday, so we had the whole place to ourselves.  We were told it can get really really busy, especially on weekend nights.

The kids really loved the farm animal tractor pulled train.  They had the whole thing to themselves.

We did walk through the teeny kids section of the corn maze, but that was all the walking we could handle.

After that we got to ride on a tractor trailer to the pumpkin patch, and we each got to pick any pumpkin we wanted.
They were big pumpkins too!  June helped me guard the pumpkins while daddy went and got the car.

Afterwards we took the kids to an Arctic Circle with a play area, and they always love to play on a new playground.  Everyone had a great time, until we got home.  And then all the tiredness caused some pretty good bedtime fits, but all in all we would definitely visit Black Island Farms again.

  1. Very fun!! I love when outings work out so well...no crowds, the kids love it. But I have to say....it looked pretty cold!!!
